3. Booking and Payments

• Booking Process: To book an experience, select your desired service on our website and follow the booking instructions. Availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, UPI and other listed methods on payment gateway. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.

4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling

By the Client:

• Cancellations:
  • Made more than 7 days before the scheduled date: Eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee of [X%].
  • Made within 7 days: Non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Requests made more than 3 days before the event may be accommodated, subject to availability.

By Vyou:

• If we cancel an experience due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, operational issues), you will be offered:
  • An alternative date or experience.
  • A full refund if no alternatives suit you.

5. Liability and Risk

• Waiver of Liability: Participation in our experiences involves inherent risks (e.g., physical activities, transportation). By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Vyou is not responsible for:
  • Personal injury, loss, or damage during the experience.
  • Delays or disruptions caused by third-party services (e.g., transport providers).
• Insurance: Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance for personal safety and unforeseen expenses.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services.
• Use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Provide false or misleading information during the booking process.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

All website content, including itineraries, images, and descriptions, is owned by Vyou. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our permission.

Vyou is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or provide refunds based on the situation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vyou, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services or any violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in, India.
